Who we are
SkyHalo Press is a trade name of Lilly Capital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Mailing address: 2521 North Main Street #1-276, Las Cruces, NM 88001. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, business name, website if you provide it, and your message. We also record the time of the submission and the IP address it came from, which we use to prevent abuse of the form.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We do not currently run advertising trackers on this site. If we add a privacy-focused analytics tool in the future, this policy will be updated to name it.
How we use it

- To follow up about SkyHalo Press services if your message indicates interest.
- To keep the site secure and to detect abuse.
- To meet legal obligations if any apply.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by our infrastructure provider and are also sent to us by email so we can reply. Access is restricted to the people who handle enquiries.
The client portal
Purchasing, billing, and campaign management happen in the SkyHalo portal, which is operated on our behalf by our distribution partner on a separate domain. That portal has its own privacy policy and terms, presented at checkout. Information you enter there is governed by those documents.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for tracking. Our hosting provider may set cookies necessary for security and performance. Third-party services linked from this site set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted through the contact form at any time by using the form or writing to the mailing address above. We will confirm once it is done.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
