What is a campaign?
A campaign is one story about your business turned into eight pieces of content and published across our distribution network. The story might be a new service, a milestone, a seasonal offer, a case study told with your client's permission, or a point of view on something your customers care about. One campaign runs each month on the standard plan. Each campaign is a separate story, so the record of coverage grows over time.
How long until I see results?
Individual placements go live within days of your approval, and you get a report with links to each one. Visibility in search results and AI answers is a different clock. It builds as campaigns accumulate and as search engines and answer engines re-crawl the outlets. Most businesses should think in months, not weeks. Results vary by market, topic, and how competitive your category is. We would rather tell you that now than have you expect a spike after one campaign.
Do you write it, or do I?
We write it. You fill out a short questionnaire in the SkyHalo portal with the facts, the angle, and anything you want quoted. Our writing team drafts the news article, then produces the blog post, video, audio, social, infographic, and slideshow versions from it. If you would rather supply your own draft, you can, and we will edit it to fit the formats.
Can I approve it before it publishes?
Yes, always. The draft appears in the portal for your review. You can request edits as many times as it takes. Nothing distributes until you click approve. This is the step that keeps your name safe: no claim goes out under your business that you did not sign off on.
What formats are included?
Every campaign includes eight formats: a news article, a blog post, a long-form video, a short vertical video, a set of social media posts, an infographic, a flipbook or slideshow, and a podcast episode. All eight are produced from the same approved story, so the message is consistent across every channel.
Where does it publish?
Through our distribution network of 300 plus outlets. That includes news and media sites (with Google News syndication), YouTube and other video platforms, podcast directories including Spotify and Apple Podcasts, document and slide sharing platforms, image sites, and blog networks. This breadth is what AI answer engines and search engines pick up on. The full outlet list by category is in the portal.
What is Premium Distribution?
Premium Distribution is an optional add-on that places your campaign on high-recognition business and media publications such as Business Insider and Medium, on top of the standard network. It costs $1,999 one time, or $1,499 per month if you want it on every campaign. It runs alongside the monthly campaign, which still handles the standard distribution. Most clients start with the standard plan and add Premium once they have a story worth the extra reach.
How much does it cost?
The standard plan is $999 per month for one full campaign a month, including all eight formats and the full distribution network. Premium Distribution is an optional $1,999 one-time add-on or $1,499 per month recurring. There are no setup fees and no contracts. Checkout and billing are handled in the SkyHalo portal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan is month to month. Cancel in the portal before your next billing date and no further campaigns are charged. Any campaign already approved and distributed stays live; we do not pull published content when a subscription ends.
Do you guarantee rankings or traffic?
No. No one can honestly guarantee a Google ranking, an AI recommendation, or a traffic number, because we do not control those systems. What we guarantee is the work: your story gets written, produced in eight formats, approved by you, and published to the network, with a report proving where it went. Results vary by business and take months to compound. If a guarantee is the deciding factor for you, we are not the right fit.
Who is this for?
Owner-operators and small marketing teams at local and online service businesses, e-commerce brands, consultants, and real estate investors. Businesses that need to be found on Google, YouTube, podcasts, and AI answers and would rather build a durable record than rent attention with ads. It is not built for enterprise PR programs or federal contractors.
Do I need to talk to someone before buying?
No. The SkyHalo portal explains the offer end to end and handles checkout. If you have a question first, use the contact form on this site and a person will answer it.
